Open source is the way of the future, friends. Nevertheless, I had a finished novel in hand plus the proper recording equipment. Q. What's your favorite hobby? Reading. Q. Was Forever Fifteen ever rejected? Yes, by one of the Big 6 agencies. It was the only official try at commercial publication before I offered the audiobook as an open source podcast. Q. Were you hurt that the novel was rejected? Not in the slightest. Q. What do you like about writing? There is a sense of decorum in the writing industry that does not seem to exist in any other facet of entertainment. It's refreshing. But by far, the greatest thing about writing is getting emails from readers who love my book. Each one is a pocketful of electronic sunshine. Q. What nationality are you? I'm half Japanese and half German. Q. What are your favorite foods? Tofu and more tofu in all its forms. Almost anything with rice and seaweed in it. |
